By the way, please pay attention that Smart-ID has two levels – basic and more advanced. The basic one at registration stage requires authentication via banklink and can be used in online banking only (Swedbank, SEB and Luminor). However, those who for some reason are unable to use electronic authentication methods like ID card or Mobile ID, now can also apply for Smart-ID in SEB, Swedbank or Luminor branches.

It is much safer than using code cards as no one can get access to your information. Each time wrong PIN codes are entered three times in a row, your account is locked and after a few more attempts, the account is blocked permanently.
