K\u00f5ik on siiski h\u00e4sti, peate lihtsalt \u00fcle kontrollima, kas k\u00f5ik on korrektselt seadistatud ning miski ei keela teil Dokobit portaali kasutada. Palun laadige alla ja paigaldage vajalik tarkvara&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/installer.id.ee\/?lang=eng\">siit<\/a>.&nbsp;Samuti on oluline regulaarselt kontrollida, kas tarkvara teie arvutis on uuendatud, seega kui teil esineb probleeme ID-kaardi kasutamisel Dokobiti lahendustes, kontrollige alati, kas teie arvutis on tarkvara viimane versioon ning vajadusel uuendage oma tarkvara. Kui DigiDoc4 tarkvara on uuendatud ning teil ikkagi eba\u00f5nnestub Eesti ID-kaardi v\u00f5i e-Residendi digi-ID kasutamine meie teenustes, toimige palun j\u00e4rgnevalt (soovituslikud sammud ei ole hierarhilises j\u00e4rjestuses):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Eemaldage kaart lugejast, sisestage kaart uuesti lugejasse ning kontrollige, kas kaardilugeja on korrektselt arvutiga \u00fchendatud ning sisestatud kaardi andmeid kuvatakse &#8220;Minu eID&#8221; sektsioonis.\u00a0\u00a0Kui saate veateate\u00a0<em>&#8220;Lugejas ei ole kaarti&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0juhul, kui kaardilugejas ei ole \u00fchtegi kaarti, kaart ei ole korrektselt kaardilugejas, kaardilugejas on vigane kaart v\u00f5i kaardilugeja ei suuda mingil p\u00f5hjusel kaarti lugeda. Lugege l\u00e4hemalt\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.id.ee\/index.php?id=34013\">siit<\/a>. Kontrollige, et teie sertifikaadid on kehtivad. Selleks avage DigiDoc4 klient.\u00a0DigiDoc4 klient kuvab sertifikaate (k.a t\u00fchistatud ja peatatud) kehtiva ja kasutatavana, kui need ei ole ajalises m\u00f5ttes aegunud.\u00a0Reaalajas kontrolli, mis annab infot sertifikaatide staatuse kohta, saab DigiDoc4 kliendis teha kui vajutada\u00a0 \u201eLaadi pilt\u201c. Aegunud, peatatud ja\/v\u00f5i t\u00fchistatud sertifikaatide puhul \u00f6eldakse p\u00e4rast PIN1-koodi sisestamist\u00a0<em>&#8220;ID-kaardi sertifikaat ei kehti&#8221;.<\/em><\/li><li>Kui DigiDoc4 klient loeb edukalt kaardilugejas oleva dokumendi andmeid, aga e-teenustesse sisenemine ei \u00f5nnestu, siis v\u00f5ib t\u00f5rgete p\u00f5hjuseks olla m\u00f5ni arvutisse paigaldatud kolmanda osapoole tarkvara. Leiate juhised, kuidas seda probleemi v\u00e4listada,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.id.ee\/artikkel\/e-teenustesse-sisenemisel-ei-kusita-pin1-koodi-ega-sertifikaati\/\">siit<\/a>.<\/li><li>Tehke oma arvutile restart &#8211; m\u00f5nikord takistavad sisselogimist veebilehitsejas salvestunud seadistused.\u00a0<\/li><li>Kui olete macOS arvuti kasutaja ja osadesse e-teenustesse sisselogimine \u00f5nnestub ja osadesse mitte, siis\u00a0kasutage juhendit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.id.ee\/artikkel\/macos-arvutis-osadesse-e-teenustesse-paaseb-teistesse-mitte\/\">siin<\/a>, et kustutada arvutist \u00fcleliigsed, aegunud ja\/v\u00f5i kehtetud ning sisselogimist takistavad sertifikaadid.\u00a0<\/li><li>Juhul, kui kasutate arvutit, mis on ettev\u00f5tte oma ning ettev\u00f5tte poolt administreeritav v\u00f5i asute ettev\u00f5tte internetiv\u00f5rgus, tulem\u00fc\u00fcri v\u00f5i antiviirusprogrammi taga, siis p\u00f6\u00f6rduge palun selle ettev\u00f5tte IT-toe poole, et nad kontrolliksid \u00fcle arvuti, internetiv\u00f5rgu, tulem\u00fc\u00fcri ja antiviirusprogrammi seadistuse ning veenduksid, et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/app.dokobit.com\/login\">portaali<\/a>\u00a0sisselogimine ei ole keelatud. Saate kontrollida, et teie tulem\u00fc\u00fcr ei takista portaali sisselogimist, klikkides\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/auth.dokobit.com\/\">siia<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; kui teie k\u00e4est k\u00fcsitakse PIN1 koodi, ei takista teie tulem\u00fc\u00fcr portaali sisselogimist. Kui teie k\u00e4est PIN1 koodi sisestamist ei k\u00fcsita, p\u00f6\u00f6rduge palun oma ettev\u00f5tte IT toe poole.\u00a0<\/li><li>Palun kontrollige, kas teie arvutiv\u00f5rgu proxy seadetes on lubatud\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/auth.dokobit.com:443\">https:\/\/auth.dokobit.com:443<\/a>. Juhul, kui kasutate arvutit, mis on ettev\u00f5tte oma v\u00f5i asute ettev\u00f5tte internetiv\u00f5rgus, v\u00f5tke palun \u00fchendust oma IT-toega ning paluge neil see \u00fcle kontrollida ning\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/auth.dokobit.com:443\/\">auth.dokobit.com:443<\/a> lubada.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Me loodame, et saite juhendist abi ning probleemi lahendatud ja saate n\u00fc\u00fcd muretult Dokobiti lahendusi oma Eesti ID-kaardi v\u00f5i e-Residendi digi-ID-ga kasutada.
